The Tao Te Ching is one of the founding texts of humanity and, more particularly, of spirituality. It is one of the books I studied during my formation to become a yoga instructor and hence, my teacher shed some light on some aspects of my reading. In my opinion, the Tao is the quintessence of spirituality.

Reading is a window, which leads to knowledge, be it on paper or on a digital device. Reading is an easy access to awareness and to personal experimentation. Openness, liberty and tolerance… They are all stimulated by reading.
