The real magic of reading is the different worlds it can take you to, says Catherine Stihler, MEP

Words, spoken and written are the building blocks of life and in our society today it is a fundamental function, says Ms Catherine Stihler, Member of the European Parliament.

We live in an age where we overflow with information, but reading is the main way to take advantage of it. From finding a good job to developing the mind and discovering news things, with reading you can educate yourself in any area of life. However, the real magic of reading is the different worlds it can take you to. At the moment I am reading Tax by Design and while that might not be to everyone’s interest, it has opened a window into a world that I never thought I would enter, added Ms Stihler.
